Shipping
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible, and most non-custom orders will ship within 3-5 days.
Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Please contact us if you would like to request a rush shipment. Date of delivery is not guaranteed.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you receive your selection and it does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 10 days from the date of delivery. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. Carefully ship your item with all the original packaging material by a pre-paid insured carrier.
